Tips for properly loading a dishwasher

Knowing how to load a dishwasher can help improve it's efficiency and extend it's life expectancy. Here are the steps to take to get your dishes squeaky clean!

• Scrape off big chunks of food and rinse the dish if food is still caked on
• Load bowls and cups upside down
• Don't stack dishes
  Put cups and heat sensitive dishes on the top rack
• Put silverware in the basket with handles down, with exception of knives
  wash anything that is expensive or fragile by hand
